The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for talented Freelance Graphic Designers to join our creative team on a project basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about using their design skills to make an impact in the healthcare sector. You'll be instrumental in bringing our projects to life, from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring our clients' messages are communicated visually in the most compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including infographics, brochures, reports, digital ads, and social media visuals.
- Work closely with our content and strategy teams to translate messaging concepts into powerful visual designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualise innovative design solutions that align with project objectives and client branding.
- Ensure consistency in SomX's and our clients' brand identities across all visual outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Provide expert design advice and guidance to the team and clients, staying ahead of current design trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, particularly in digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation in visual design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
