Ochre Bio is a pioneer in the development of medicines for chronic liver disease, using AI, computational biology and human liver platforms to find and validate new therapeutic targets. It works in one of the most scientifically demanding areas of drug discovery, and its progress is measured in the calibre of the partners it attracts.

As Ochre Bio scaled, it needed communications that could keep pace with a run of major announcements and translate complex science into a clear story for investors, partners and media. It became a retainer client in March 2023, and we have supported its marketing and PR through several landmark moments since.

Partnership communications

We ran the PR campaigns behind two of Ochre Bio's most significant partnerships. In 2023 we managed the announcement of its multi-year data licence agreement with GSK, worth up to $37.5m and built on Ochre Bio's computational biology and human liver platforms. In 2024 we led communications for its partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim to develop regenerative treatments for advanced liver disease, a deal worth up to $1.3bn, placing the story across national, financial and specialist media.

Our targeted outreach earned coverage across top-tier titles including the Financial Times, Endpoints, Fierce Biotech, Sifted, Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology News, BioWorld and Pharmaceutical Technology, alongside English and non-English pickup that extended Ochre Bio's reach internationally.

Visual identity and online presence

We revamped Ochre Bio's visual identity, created new LinkedIn assets and designed an animation displayed on the NASDAQ board in New York, giving its milestones a public stage and strengthening brand recognition.

Content and organic growth

We developed and managed a content strategy on LinkedIn, consistently producing high-quality content that resonated with Ochre Bio's audience and grew its following to more than 7,000, building an engaged community around its work in liver disease.
