Medosync's billing and revenue cycle software solves a real problem for healthcare providers: slow, error-prone claims processes that tie up administrative teams and delay payment. The company had strong technology and a growing customer base, but its original branding was dated and did not communicate the value of its products to a widening audience of hospitals, consultants and insurers.
SomX began working with Medosync in 2023 and has continued as its creative partner across a series of projects since.
Brand strategy and identity
We started by refining Medosync's positioning and building a brand strategy: audience mapping, clear value propositions and messaging that captured the transformational benefit of its software for a diverse set of customers. Our design team then developed an entirely new visual identity, with a modern treatment that drew on finance, healthcare and technology, a distinctive wordmark and a sophisticated colour palette that set Medosync apart from its competitors.
Website
We brought the refreshed brand to life on a new website, taking it from user journey mapping and wireframes through to build, creating a clear, conversion-focused destination for Medosync's customers.
Ongoing design and campaign work
Since the rebrand, Medosync has returned to SomX for further creative support as its product suite and market presence have grown. That has included pitch and brochure design, sales and marketing collateral, campaign creative and video, each piece building on the brand system and keeping Medosync's materials consistent as the company scales.
