Getting an AI or software medical device to market is one of the hardest problems in healthtech. Founders have to navigate clinical evidence, regulatory approval, quality management and health economics, and most do not have that expertise in-house. Hardian Health exists to fill that gap: a clinician-founded consultancy that combines regulatory and clinical expertise to help companies get Software as a Medical Device and AI as a Medical Device validated, approved and adopted.
Hardian has deep credibility in its field, led by a well-known clinical and regulatory voice. The challenge is one many expert consultancies face: the work is complex, technical and easy to undersell. Hardian needed communications that made its expertise visible and legible to the founders, developers and investors who need it, without diluting the substance.

A company explainer video
At the centre of the work is a company explainer film. Regulatory consultancy is abstract and hard to picture, so we produced a video that explains what Hardian does, who it helps and why clinical and regulatory expertise matters, in a clear, brand-aligned format Hardian can use across its website, sales conversations and social channels. It turns a complex service into something a prospective client can understand in a couple of minutes.
Content and thought leadership
We run an ongoing content programme that translates Hardian's regulatory expertise into a steady presence on LinkedIn and its blog. The work covers regulatory policy, AI and medical device approval, clinical evidence and the practical questions healthtech founders face, keeping Hardian visible as an authority between business development conversations.
