Solution
Patchwork wanted an owned channel to build brand and community with NHS clinicians. SomX created "Shift Happens" end to end:
- Newsletter strategy & production: a repeatable content system spanning news, jobs, events, contributions and a branded meme bank with owned IP.
- Editorial & brand voice: a distinctive "there is a solution / we're all in this together" editorial tone and story arc.
- Content sourcing: repurposing podcast collaborations (with guests such as Jing and Anas) into newsletter and social content.
- Design & growth: creative assets, email signatures/banners, and guerrilla-marketing plans for NHS Confed.




Results
SomX delivered a distinct, tangible owned-media product and early earned wins:
- Editions 1 and 2 of "Shift Happens" launched, with a full content system in place.
